Rooted in true Sustainability

I was born and raised in a small village in the south of Spain, surrounded by nature and a way of life where every resource mattered. In our community, sustainability wasn’t a trend—it was a necessity. Water was carefully used, food was shared and never wasted, and materials were repaired and reused out of both respect and need.

This deep connection to the land and to simple, conscious living shaped my earliest understanding of what true sustainability means: living in balance with our environment, valuing what we have, and protecting it for those who come next.

Those early lessons have stayed with me throughout my journey—guiding my work in the chemical industry, sustainability consulting, and leadership coaching today.

From the Dark to the Summit

It's not the picture what matters - It's the story behind

What we see on social media, in others’ successes, is often just the highlight reel — the polished, curated version. But real transformation? That happens behind the scenes. In the effort, the doubt, the discomfort… and the decision to keep going anyway.

My path in Four Steps

Like many of us, my professional journey has been a mix of energy, learning, and discovery. Looking back, I see it as four clear stages—each one essential in shaping who I am today.

Not knowing that I don't know

Fresh out of university, I had the drive to change the world. I entered the corporate world full of enthusiasm and ambition—and quickly faced reality. What companies promised didn’t always align with their actions. I made mistakes. Many. But I started asking questions and looking deeper. It was the first crack in the armor, and the beginning of growth.

Knowing that I don't know

Eventually, I saw the gaps. I realized I needed support—mentors, training, and reflection. I didn’t always get it, but I looked for it anyway. I learned from failure, drew inspiration from others, and invested in my own development. Learning became intentional, and so did my growth.

Knowing that I know

With time, patterns emerged. I discovered what I was good at: developing others, connecting ideas, building ventures, and seeing the big picture. I started creating instead of just reacting—shaping teams, leading projects, launching businesses, and sharing my voice. Clarity replaced self-doubt.

Not knowing what I know

This is where I am now. The most rewarding stage. I no longer need certainty to move forward. I trust my intuition, embrace the unknown, and pursue visions others might not yet understand. I dare to start what’s not been done—confident not in control, but in purpose.

"To seek is to begin from what is known and to want the known in the new.

To find, is the totally new... a sacred adventure.

The uncertainty of such risks can only be taken by those who, even in vulnerability, feel protected. By those who, in the dark, follow an invisible star, drawn by purpose rather than limited outcomes."

Sailor and dream builder

Two of my greatest passions—sailing and building restoration—have profoundly shaped how I see the world, and how I approach both coaching and my work as a industry expert.

Sailing teaches humility, presence, and adaptability. It’s about reading the environment, making thoughtful decisions with limited resources, and navigating through uncertainty—all qualities that mirror the journey of leadership and personal growth. As a coach, I bring this same spirit into my sessions, helping clients chart their course with clarity and confidence, no matter the conditions.

On land, my passion for restoring buildings sustainably stems from a deep respect for craftsmanship, heritage, and the responsibility we have to protect what we inherit. Through my work in sustainable building renovation, I combine my engineering expertise with a vision for circularity—preserving the soul of a structure while reducing its environmental footprint.

Whether on water or restoring old walls, I find meaning in the balance between tradition and innovation, between nature and design. These passions aren't just hobbies—they are extensions of the values I bring to my work: respect for the past, responsibility in the present, and vision for the future.

Discover the Real Power

I’ve been there. Unsure if coaching was worth it. Wondering if it was for me. I’ve worked with the wrong ones—and a few who changed everything.

coaching is everywhere—but good coaching is rare.

Because the right coach doesn’t give answers—they unlock our own potential. With depth, challenge, and real support, coaching becomes a turning point.

Facing change? seeking clarity?... or chasing something more—let’s talk.
